Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы экономики и организации строительства объектов малой энергетики, использующих гидроэнергетические ресурсы малых рек, геотермальную, солнечную и ветровую энергии; обосновывается целесообразность регионального комплексного программирования энергетического строительства на основе вовлечения в хозяйственный оборот различных «нетрадиционных» энергоисточников, консолидации финансовых ресурсов разных потенциальных инвесторов.
