Квазиобщественная Природа Коммерческого Банка Как Основа Государственного Регулирования Банковского Сектора Рф

Abstract

В статье обосновывается двойственность природы коммерческого банка, с одной стороны, как чисто коммерческой организации и, с другой стороны, как института, призванного выполнять общественно-значимые функции, сопряженные с колоссальными внешними эффектами. Тезис квазиобщественности доказывается на основе 6 принципиальных суждений, обосновывается необходимость надзора за деятельностью банков со стороны государства в лице Центрального банка, а также регулирования их деятельности с тем, чтобы коммерческий интерес и частные сиюминутные выгоды не возобладали над общественными задачами и не нанесли ущерба экономике.
