Abstract

Устойчивое и эффективное функционирование инфраструктуры является необходимым условием высоких темпов экономического роста, обеспечения целостности, национальной безопасности и обороноспособности страны, повышения качества жизни населения, рациональной интеграции Российской Федерации в мировую экономику. Одним из ключевых инструментов развития региональной и муниципальной инфраструктуры могут стать инфраструктурные облигации. Статья посвящена проблеме эффективного использования потенциала эмиссионного инструмента инфраструктурных облигаций в целях интенсификации интеграционного взаимодействия региональных систем.
