Abstract

В статье рассмотрены различные подходы к оценке ресурсного потенциалы, указаны их недостатки, основным из которых является отсутствие комплексного, системного подхода, позволяющего анализировать всю совокупность показателей ресурсного потенциала. В работе предлагается методологии комплексной экспертной оценки ресурсного потенциала, учитывающей три важнейшие составляющие: существующий уровень ресурсной обеспеченности всех важнейших элементов потенциала предприятия, уровень реализации потенциала каждого из этих элементов и влияние внешней среды на состояние элементов ресурсного потенциала.
