Abstract

В статье актуализируются вопросы выравнивания пространственной дифференциации условий экономического и социального развития регионов посредством разработки рекомендаций совершенствования межбюджетных отношений. Предлагаемая система мероприятий направлена на повышение эффективности межбюджетных отношений и качества управления государственными и муниципальными финансами, конституциональной особенностью которой является сочетание принципов самостоятельности бюджетов всех уровней и единства их общих интересов.
