Энергетический Потенциал Как Важнейший Фактор Обеспечения Региональной Экономической Безопасности

Abstract

В статье рассматривается понятие региональной экономической безопасности, важнейшим элементом которой является экономический потенциал региона. В структуре регионального экономического потенциала в настоящее время особое место занимает энергетический потенциал. Высокая энергозависимость регионов от внешних поставок энергоносителей предопределяет необходимость широкомасштабных работ по энергосбережению во всех секторах экономики региона с учетом значительных территориальных различий и особенностей муниципальных образований.
