Abstract

В статье раскрывается сущность одного из ключевых показателей состояния общества трудового потенциала. Этот показатель характеризует способность, как отдельного человека, так и общества в целом, внести вклад в развитие экономики. Дана оценка некоторым духовно-интеллектуальным компонентам трудового потенциала Южного федерального округа Российской Федерации.
