Abstract

В статье выделены теоретические подходы к содержанию и оценке экономической эффективности нефтяной отрасли России; рассмотрены вопросы ускоренного развития перерабатывающих отраслей, выпускающих продукцию с высокой добавленной стоимостью путем наращивания объемов ее потребления на внутреннем рынке и поставок на внешнем рынке на основе создания новой системы нефтеобеспечения, позволяющей найти оптимальное соотношение между ценой на энергоносители, объемом экспорта и, как следствие, масштабами их добычи.
