Abstract

Теневая экономическая деятельность создает финансовую базу для неформальных контактов бизнеса и власти, вызванных в основном, «перегруженностью» российской экономики избыточными административными барьерами. Статья посвящена проблеме деформализации взаимоотношений бизнеса и власти, анализу возможных форм теневого сотрудничества власти и бизнеса
