Abstract

В статье раскрыты основные проблемы корпоративного управления интеграционным взаимодействием субъектов АПК мезо-уровня; уточнены структурные компоненты системы управления межхозяйственным взаимодействием субъектов АПК на основе корпоративной интеграции, а также перспективы ее развития.
