Abstract

В условиях возрастающих потребностей к увеличению объемов и темпов производственного и культурно-бытового строительства одной из эффективных форм подрядной деятельности в регионах может выступать система территориальных строительных кластеров. Имманентные кластерным структурам гибкие формы организации позволяют объединять на коммерческой основе технологически сочетаемые организации строительного профиля и достигать в результате такого взаимодействия синергетический эффект в качественных измерениях и кумулятивный эффект в технологии строительства. В статье рассматриваются перспективные формы территориально-производственного ассоциирования разрозненных строительных организаций и предприятий стройиндустрии в целях эффективизации строительных процессов и развития кадровой составляющей данной отрасли на новой организационной основе.
