Abstract

В статье рассмотрены актуальные вопросы функционирования системы кредитования в России и ее роли в стимулировании и развитии малого предпринимательства. Предложена оригинальная система кредитования субъектов малого предпринимательства, учитывающая специфические принципы кредитования и особенности осуществления финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятий сферы малого бизнеса. Сформулирована авторская трактовка понятия системы кредитования малого предпринимательства, обоснован состав ее системообразующих элементов. Предложены ключевые направления дальнейшего развития инфраструктуры государственной поддержки малого бизнеса с участием новых субъектов и посредников.
