Abstract

В настоящее время экономическая система претерпевает значительные изменения как в связи со структурными сдвигами, так и под воздействием различных социальных факторов, поэтому важнейшей областью общественной жизни является сфера услуг, которая оказывает заметное влияние на все стороны нашей деятельности. Статья посвящена проблеме создания новых методов управления в сфере услуг.
