Abstract

В статье рассмотрены проблемы теоретических и методических основ управления и обеспечения конкурентоспособности промышленного бизнеса в контуре стратегического обеспечения его качественного роста и развития; предложен методический подход к интеграции механизма управления конкурентоспособностью предприятия в общую модель стратегического управления развитием бизнеса с использованием системы сбалансированных показателей; разработана модель организационно-экономического механизма обеспечения конкурентоспособности предприятия.
