Abstract

Выстраивание надежных и перспективных деловых связей является одним из ключевых элементов стратегии развития любого бизнеса. На практике достаточно трудно оценить контрагента в контексте финансовой стабильности, добропорядочности и деловой репутации. Данная статья посвящена построению модели диагностики внутренних рисков потенциального бизнес-партнера. Данный инструмент позволит существенно повысить эффективность всего процесса управления финансовыми рисками.
