Abstract

Современное состояние промышленного сектора России характеризуется значительной неравномерностью развития как в отраслевом, так и в территориальном аспекте. Развившиеся в последние десятилетия добывающие предприятия нефте-газового комплекса, с одной стороны, обеспечили основные поступления в доходную часть бюджета, чем демпфировали издержки рыночных реформ, с другой, сформировали ситуацию, когда развитие обрабатывающих производств стало малоэффективным. В статье дается оценка современным процессам в промышленном секторе России и обосновываются предложения по приданию процессу его развития инновационного характера.
