Abstract

Основной темой работы является рассмотрение возможности и необходимости применения стратегического партнерства между государством, университетами и бизнес-структурами. Цель работы развитие теоретических положений и разработка практических рекомендаций по созданию системы стратегического партнерства. Предметом исследования являются отношения, возникающие между государством, университетами и бизнес-структурами в результате стратегического партнерства. Результатом исследования является формирование системы стратегического партнерства, которое будет способствовать сбалансированности рынка труда Юга России и преодолению основной его проблемы структурной безработицы.
