Abstract

Инновационные технологии, применяемые на отечественных предприятиях требуют более совершенного механизма контроля результатов своей деятельности. В статье рассмотрены концептуальные основы контроля хозяйственной деятельности коммерческих организаций с использованием инструментария управленческого учета. Определены основные объекты контроля, позволяющие оценить результативность функционирования каждого объекта управления. Выделены системные и точечные приемы контроля результатов деятельности. Представлены базовые процедуры аудита механизма контроля и ориентированные процедуры аудита контрольной системы в целом.
