Abstract

Межрегиональный обмен товарами, услугами и ресурсами является одним из базовых элементов устойчивого развития экономики регионов в современных рыночных отношениях, поэтому принятие решений в этой сфере приобретает особую актуальность. В качестве наиболее эффективного метода принятия решений и предвидения динамики уровня социально-экономического развития регионов предложен метод когнитивного моделирования. Полученные когнитивные карты и сценарии подтверждают необходимость развития и совершенствования системы межрегионального обмена для эффективной реализации социально-экономической политики развития регионов.
