Abstract

В статье рассмотрены вопросы формирования источника финансового обеспечения казенных, бюджетных и автономных учреждений в свете реформации общественного сектора; отмечены проблемы отражения в бухгалтерском учете источников финансового обеспечения; уточнены понятийные аппараты видов финансового обеспечения в свете изменений нормативного регулирования; проанализирована структура счета бухгалтерского учета государственных (муниципальных) учреждений на основе единого плана счетов; описан порядок финансового обеспечения на основании государственного задания на основные виды деятельности бюджетных и автономных учреждений.
