Abstract

В статье рассмотрена система мониторинга и контроллинга результатов реализации стратегии; обозначены четыре основные группы показателей социально-экономического развития; предложены основные критерии оценки эффективности деятельности органов исполнительной власти и органов местного самоуправления по реализации стратегии.
