Abstract

В статье отражена актуальность стратегического анализа в обосновании и оценке стратегических управленческих решений, системно рассмотрены предпосылки развития методологии, методики и практики применения стратегического анализа в отечественных условиях. Приведен предлагаемый автором подход к интерпретации сущности стратегического анализа. Охарактеризована роль стратегического анализа в системе информационно-аналитического обеспечения стратегического менеджмента. Определены содержание, основные задачи, а также объекты и субъекты стратегического анализа. Приведена и обоснована сформулированная автором система принципов проведения стратегического анализа хозяйствующих субъектов.
