Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме повышения качества услуг в библиотеках вуза. Для решения задачи используется комплекс экономико-математических моделей при управлении информационными библиотечными ресурсами. Предложен подход к принятию решений по управлению процессом обслуживания читателей, базирующийся на использовании имитационной модели и проведении на ее основе полного факторного эксперимента. Оптимизация управляющих решений относительно критериев качества услуг осуществлена посредством создания модели на основе теории игр, применение которой позволяет решить задачу оптимизации с противоречивыми целевыми функциями.
