Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам развития машиностроения как структурообразующего комплекса региона. Выявлены основные причины низкой инвестиционной привлекательности машиностроительных предприятий с учетом особенностей современного этапа их развития. Обоснованы инструменты повышения инвестиционной активности машиностроительных предприятий на основе сближения их экономических интересов по формированию инвестиционно-финансовых ресурсов и интересов государства по целевому использованию этих ресурсов. Исследования проводятся в рамках реализации Федеральной целевой программы «Научные и научно-исследовательские кадры России» на 2009-2013 гг.
