Перспективы Модернизации Региональных Финансов Юга России В Посткризисный Период

Abstract

В статье отмечены проблемы модернизации финансовой системы регионов Юга России в посткризисный период: слабая диверсификация экономик республик Южного макрорегиона, отсутствие инновационно-образовательного кластера, недостаточная институциональная база, наличие административных барьеров, высокая дотационность субъектов ЮФО и СКФО; проанализированы перспективы развития данных регионов: выделены группы субъектов ЮФО и СКФО по степени устойчивости к кризисогенным факторам, сформулированы стратегии и методы государственной политики.
