Abstract

Необходимость модернизации и устойчивого развития гостиничного бизнеса в условиях сокращения платежеспособного спроса населения обусловило обострение конкуренции между производителями гостиничных услуг, а также подтвердило один из основных экономических постулатов о том, что в условиях рынка лидирующие позиции занимают только те хозяйствующие субъекты, которые наиболее эффективно удовлетворяют потребности и постоянно повышают качество услуг.
