Abstract

В статье на основе проведенных авторских исследований предлагается система оценки конкурентоспособности предприятий рекреационно-туристской сферы в контексте адаптивности, включающая двухуровневую систему показателей (на уровне предприятия и внешнего окружения), состоящую как из финансовых, так и нефинансовых показателей. Предлагаемый подход обеспечивает сбалансированную оценку эффективности функционирования и уровня конкурентоспособности предприятия на фоне изменений, происходящих во внешней среде.
