Abstract

В статье рассмотрены методы управления качеством медицинских услуг, позволяющие обеспечить социальную защищенность населения в области охраны их здоровья. Оценены основные показатели, характеризующие качество медицинских услуг, и определены основные направления решения проблем качества медицинских услуг.
