Abstract

На протяжении длительного времени в Приволжском федеральном округе Российской Федерации формировалась тенденция к постоянству числа дотационных регионов. Статья посвящена проблеме преодоления субъектами РФ экономической зависимости. Для успешного становления финансовой самостоятельности необходимо создать условия, стимулирующие рост доходной базы субфедеральных бюджетов, а также провести эффективную корректировку межбюджетного регулирования.
