Abstract

В статье на основе проведенных авторских исследований сформированы подходы к совершенствованию системы эффективного территориального управления локалитетами Краснодарского края. Авторами представлены три основные модификации построения модели бюджетной системы локалитета, которые основываются на государствообразующем статусе муниципалитета и раскрывают соответственно три варианта его реализации в государственном бюджетном механизме.
