Abstract

В статье рассмотрены проблемы обеспечения экологической безопасности с точки зрения ее экономической составляющей; обоснована необходимость сочетания интересов институтов власти по минимизации воздействия и защите окружающей среды с интересами её пользователей, причем не только экономических (промышленными предприятиями), но и социальных (населением); предложены инструменты экономического регулирования механизма эффективного производства в условиях обеспечения экологической безопасности. Исследования проводятся в рамках реализации Федеральной целевой программы «Научные и научно-исследовательские кадры России» на 2009 2013 гг.
