Abstract

Для субъектов рынка информационных услуг огромное значение имеет выбор вида деятельности в условиях недостатка информации. В работе представлен алгоритм принятия решения о выборе рыночной стратегии и составе оказываемых информационных услуг. Критериями выбора являются: показатели информатизации, финансовое состояние субъекта и этап жизненного цикла услуги.
