Abstract

Статья посвящена актуальным аспектам участия человеческого капитала как субъектной формы воплощения творческих компетенций в процессе обновления региональных экономических систем современной России. Авторы исследуют специфические черты человеческого капитала на мезо-уровне и инструменты активизации его участия в современной трансформации, определяя цель данного процесса как утверждение «экономики, основанной на знаниях».
