Abstract

Процесс модернизации стал смысловым ядром региональной экономической политики России. Проблемы, которые регионы испытывают под воздействием конкуренции, обусловливают необходимость формирования эффективных субрегиональных локализаций. В данной статье раскрыты наиболее существенные аспекты субрегионального компонента модернизации и представлены рекомендации для решения проблем.
