Abstract

У статті проаналізовано основні напрями економічних досліджень у ранніх і пізніх публіцистичних творах Івана Франка та простежено еволюцію економічного світогляду українського дослідника. Висвітлено економічні погляди мислителя на соціально-економічний розвиток Галичини, проблеми бідності, міграції населення, фіскальної та грошово-кредитної політики, економічної статистики. Обґрунтовано роль і значення публіцистичної спадщини економічного спрямування І. Франка для формування української та світової економічної думки.
