Критерії Вибору Цедентомоблігаторного Перестрахувального Покриття По Договору Ексцеденту Збитку

Abstract

Оптимальное перестраховочное покрытие, выбираемое цедентом, подвержено влиянию ряда внутренних, внешних, объективных, субъективных факторов. Преимущества и недостатки облигаторного, непропорционального перестрахования обуславливают целесообразность его применения. Выделенные критерии выбора перестраховочной защиты по облигаторному договору эксцедента убытка. Использование данных критериев позволяет, не только оптимизировать перестраховочную защиту, но и обеспечивать баланс интересов в долгосрочных отношения цедента и перестраховщика.
