Abstract

Статья посвящена принципам реорганизации экономической системы Украины. Принципы реорганизации экономической системы представлены в статье в виде следствий из теории экономического развития И. А. Шумпетера. Основная идея статьи институты современного общества должны системно способствовать становлению, функционированию и развитию новой формы присвоения, что следует как из роли инновационного фактора в теории экономического развития Шумпетера, так и из роли социальных факторов.
