Abstract

30-31 октября 2013 г. состоялась международная научная конференция «Форсайт и научно-техническая и инновационная политика» (Foresight and STI Policy), организованная ИСИЭЗ НИУ ВШЭ. На мероприятии обсуждались: ∙ Роль Форсайта в научно-технической и инновационной политике ∙ Взаимодействие в сфере Форсайта и применение результатов Форсайт-исследований ∙ Форсайт для компаний, отраслей и технологий ∙ Эволюция научно-технологического Форсайта. С докладами выступили ведущие мировые эксперты – представители международных организаций (ОЭСР; ЮНЕСКО; ЮНИДО), ведущих мировых центров в области Форсайт-исследований: Института инновационных исследований Университета Манчестера (Великобритания); Технологического института Джорджии (США); Корейского института оценки и планирования в области науки и технологий (KISTEP); Национального института науки и технологической политики Японии (NISTEP); Университета Оттавы (Канада); Центра исследований будущего Гавайского университета в Маноа (США); Института технологических инноваций Университета Претории (ЮАР); Университета сингулярности (США); Центра социальных инноваций (Австрия), а также Министерства образования и науки Российской Федерации, НИУ ВШЭ и других организаций.
