Abstract

В апреле 2012 г. в рамках XIII Международной научной конференции НИУ ВШЭ по проблемам развития экономики и общества состоялось заседание секции «Наука и инновации», организованной Институтом статистических исследований и экономики знаний (ИСИЭЗ) НИУ ВШЭ. С докладами выступили представители Института инновационных исследований Университета Манчестера (Великобритания), Министерства образования и науки Российской Федерации, Сибирского государственного медицинского университета, НИУ ВШЭ. На обсуждение были вынесены следующие вопросы: прогноз развития науки и технологий и его место в системе научно-технической политики России; методы и подходы к организации Форсайт-исследований в сфере науки и технологий; «большие вызовы» и научно-технологический Форсайт; оценка перспектив зрелых и возникающих технологий; выбор на базе Форсайта приоритетов для развития инструментов государственно-частного партнерства (на примере технологической платформы «Медицина будущего»); оценка эффективности Форсайт-исследований в сфере науки и технологий.
