Задачи Обеспечения Качества Процессов Строительства

Abstract

В статье дан анализ проблем обеспечения качества в строительной отрасли, основная из которых необходимость построить, с одной стороны, быстро и дешево, а с другой стороны надежно и качественно. Сделан вывод, что действующая система контроля качества не обеспечивает качества процесса строительства, которое, как известно, зависит от грамотных архитектурных решений и использования качественных материалов, а также от профессионализма строителей. Для гарантии качества проектных решений необходима разработка нормативных документов, обеспечивающих жизнь и здоровье населения, охрану окружающей среды, конструктивную устойчивость и надежность строительных конструкций и изделий, систем инженерного оборудования зданий и сооружений, совместимость проектирования и строительства, а также внедрение в проектных организациях системы качества на основе требований стандартов ИСО серии 9000.
