Эффективность Государства И Проблема Оценки Дисфункциональности Финансово-Инвестиционной Политики

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме оценки эффективности государственной политики в финансово-инвестиционной сфере. Автор проводит всесторонний анализ теоретических работ, посвященных данному вопросу, и приходит к выводу о том, что наиболее целесообразной в современных условиях является оценка государственной политики с позиции выявления степени ее дисфункциональности. Опираясь на данные и методологию, изложенную в работах О.С. Сухарева, Ю.В. Ярёменко и Р.М. Нижегородцева, автор приходит к выводу о том, что основной функцией финансово-инвестиционной политики государства выступает поддержание нормального соотношения и динамики ключевых воспроизводственных циклов экономической системы.
