Abstract

В статье рассмотрена одна из проблем современных промышленных предприятий отсутствие гибкости и эффективности организационных структур. Предложен новый тип организационной структуры, который приемлем для использования крупными промышленными предприятиями в современных услови ях и не требует смены структуры при изменении рыночных условий.
