Abstract

Цель статьи дать прикладное представление об идентификации процессов СМК предприятия участника промышленно-строительного кластера. Основой процессного подхода и одним из первых и главных этапов в разработке ( доработке, гармонизации) СМК в организации, который определяет базу для дальнейшего распределения ответственности в СМК организаций промышленно-строительного кластера (ПСК), является идентификация процессов и процедур. Процедуры и положения, описанные в настоящей статье, применяются в дальнейшем в типовых документах систем менеджмента качества организаций ПСК. Предложенный подход к построению системы менеджмента качества для предприятия ПСК основан на принципах TQM, отвечает требованиям технического регулирования в РФ и учитывает специфику предприятия участника промышленно-строительного кластера, специализированного как в строительной отрасли, так и в промышленности строительных материалов.
