Экономическая Сущность И Элементы Налоговой Системы

Abstract

В статье проанализированы взгляды ведущих ученых на экономическую сущность налоговой системы, представлены ее основные элементы. Рассмотрено содержание налоговой системы с точки зрения различных общественных отношений. Особое внимание уделено разработке понятия «налоговая система» в рамках правового регулирования. Обзор экономической литературы также представлен различными определениями налоговой системы, дана авторская точка зрения по этому вопросу. Утверждается, что в социально-политических, экономических исследованиях и в правовой сфере научный термин «налоговая система»целесообразно применять как понятие, характеризующее налоговыйправопорядок в целом. Большинством ученых признается наличиеполитической, экономической и правовой составляющих вналоговой системе, но никто из авторов не разделяет элементыналоговой системы по их принадлежности к соответствующимподсистемам
