О Подготовке Кадров Для Наноиндустрии

Abstract

Данная статья посвящена рассмотрению основных направлений развития кадровой инфраструктуры наноиндустрии. Цель статьи уделить особое внимание развитию научных исследований, а именно поддержке ведущих научных школ и привлечению к исследованиям студентов, аспирантов и молодых ученых. В качестве методологической базы в работе используется системный и структурно-функциональный подход, специфические методы аналогов, сценариев, кластерный. Основным результатом исследования стало выявление специфики развития кадровой инфраструктуры наноиндустрии в России. Уточнено, что формирование наноиндустрии требует междисциплинарности при подготовке кадров. Полученные результаты могут применяться как в образовательном процессе, так и на практике.
