Роль Финансовой Стратегии В Развитии Предприятия

Abstract

В статье представлены теоретические аспекты формирования комплексной финансовой стратегии предприятия в условиях интенсивного изменения факторов внешней среды. Обоснована необходимость формирования специфических финансовых целей стратегического развития современных предприятий. Показана зависимость разрабатываемой финансовой стратегии предприятия от стадии его жизненного цикла. Выделены методологические принципы стратегического управления предприятием, и уточнены основы развития методологии стратегического планирования.
