Abstract

Представленная статья посвящена исследованию механизма разработки и реализации программ экономического развития региона, при этом особое внимание уделяется причинам необходимости реализации крупных инвестиционных проектов в рамках конкретных региональных образований и программ социально-экономического развития регионов, стратегическим целям программы социально-экономического развития региона, элементам структуры программы.
