Рыночные Механизмы Функционирования Научного Сектора В России

Abstract

В статье доказывается, что научная деятельность начинает превращаться из неэкономической в товарную. В связи с этим выдвигается предположение о том, что в научном секторе на современном этапе начинают действовать рыночные механизмы функционирования. Описываются проявления основных компонентов рынка в научном секторе. Проводится анализ динамики изменения данных компонентов с целью определения основных тенденций формирования научного рынка. Делается вывод о том, что сам характер научной деятельности, несмотря на то что наука в России по-прежнему зависит от бюджетного финансирования, меняется с точки зрения все большей товарности производства научных знаний. Полученные данные дают все основания для дальнейшего рассмотрения трансформаций, происходящих в научном секторе, с целью выявления позитивных и негативных факторов, что, в свою очередь, позволит разработать оптимальную траекторию стратегического управления развитием науки в нашей стране.
