Abstract

В статье освещаются вопросы участия молодежи СССР в VII Всемирном фестивале молодежи и студентов (Вена, 1959 г.). В годы «оттепели» в политике партии и правительства в отношении молодежи были сделаны акценты на развитие дружеских связей советских юношей и девушек со сверстниками из разных стран мира. Укрепились международные связи молодежи, участились поездки за рубеж по линии БММТ при ЦК ВЛКСМ «Спутник».
