Применение Метода Анализа Видов И Последствий Потенциальных Дефектов В Строительных Организациях

Abstract

Проведение предупреждающих действий (предпринятых для устранения причины потенциального несоответствия или потенциально нежелательной ситуации) представляет собой более трудную задачу, чем разработка корректирующих действий. При этом важно определить классификационные характеристики дефекта или несоответствия. Если несоответствие является системным, значительным, повторяющимся, дорогостоящим, сложным, т.е. представляет собой существенную проблему качества, то разработка комплексного плана мероприятий по реализации предупреждающих действий становится необходимой. Для строительных организаций с целью действенной реализации обязательной по ГОСТ ISO 9001:2011 процедуры «Предупреждающие действия» необходимо документировать и реализовывать не одну, а целый комплекс процедур, методов, инструкций, относящихся к выработке и проведению предупреждающих действий для разных процессов СМК, отдельным этапам строительства, продукции процессов и применяемым основным ресурсам.
